1. End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and VSB DEVS ("Developer", "We" or "Us") governing your use of the TradeJournalingApp mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use TradeJournalingApp on devices you own or control as permitted by applicable App Store and Google Play policies. This license allows personal or commercial use as permitted by law.

3. Restrictions

• You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• You may not use the App for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• You must not attempt to bypass any security features of the App.
• You must only use images and content that you have legal rights to use.

4. User Content & Responsibility

TradeJournalingApp allows you to record and analyse your trades using notes, tags, screenshots, reviews, reports, calculators, and other journaling features. You are fully responsible for the trades, notes, screenshots, and other content you enter or import into the App and for ensuring compliance with copyright, privacy, and applicable laws. We do not access, upload, or store your media unless you choose to share it externally.

5. Trading Records, Statistics & Financial Responsibility

The App works out figures such as profit and loss, percentage returns, R-multiples, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, run-up, drawdown and risk budgets from the trades you enter or import. These figures are for record-keeping and self-review only. They are not financial, investment, tax or trading advice. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Every figure depends on the prices, sizes, fees, swaps and other details you enter or import. Before you rely on a figure, you are responsible for checking it against your broker or exchange statements. You are also responsible for every trading and financial decision you make. Trading stocks, options, forex, futures, commodities and cryptocurrency carries substantial risk, including the loss of all the capital you invest.

Daily loss limits, risk budgets, discipline rules, goals and plans in the App are reminders you set for yourself. A rule may warn you, or pause the App before you log your next trade. None of these tools places, blocks or closes any order at your broker or exchange. They do not replace the rules of your broker or of any prop firm or funded account program.

6. Broker & Exchange Imports

The App can import trades from files you provide, such as MetaTrader statements, CSV, TSV/TXT, Excel or Quicken files. It can also import trades from supported exchanges through read-only API keys you create. That data comes from your broker or exchange, which may format, round, delay or leave out information. Please review imported trades and correct anything that does not match your records.

When you connect an exchange, you create the API key and choose its permissions. A connection only reads your trade history and never places, changes or cancels an order, so use a read-only key with trading and withdrawal permissions turned off. The App gives numbered steps for creating a read-only key on each supported exchange, and tests the key before saving it. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure.

MetaTrader, Binance, Bybit, Bitget, Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, Webull, NinjaTrader, Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, Angel One, Dhan, KuCoin, Coinbase and other broker, exchange and platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. VSB DEVS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them, and is not responsible for their services, outages, or changes to their files or APIs.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

We do not collect or store personal identifying information. The App may require access to device storage to import files, attach screenshots and save backups. We may use trusted third-party services such as analytics or crash reporting under their respective privacy policies.

8. Subscriptions, Purchases & Payment

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments are processed through Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to their respective store policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID or Google account settings.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as Google Firebase for analytics or crash reporting. Continued use of the App indicates your consent to such integrations. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that results will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSB DEVS shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App from your devices.

13. Updates & Modifications

We may update or modify features of the App at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable copyright, privacy, and data protection laws while using the App.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

17. Third Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and Google LLC and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it if necessary.
